Meghalaya Age Limited recruitment for Drone Operator

 

Meghalayan Age Limited (MAL) is inviting applications for the position of UAV/Drone Operator, with two available posts. The selected candidates will be posted at Umiam Lake, Barapani, Ri Bhoi. The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years, and the position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 22,100.

Candidates must have a Diploma or Graduation degree, along with proven experience in operating drones and a strong understanding of drone technology and operations. A valid drone pilot license is highly preferred. Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and effective time management. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety guidelines is essential.

Experience in tourism or hospitality, familiarity with the Umiam Lake region and its attractions, and good written and verbal communication skills are desirable. Candidates should also be creative and willing to work on holidays and weekends, as the job involves frequent travel to project locations across the state. A minimum of one year of experience in a related field is required.
