The Directorate of Food Processing (DOFP) Meghalaya invites applications for the post of District Resource Persons for the implementation of the centrally sponsored scheme, PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PM FME), under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI). Salary:
Payment to the Resource Persons will be made based on each beneficiary they support, after the bank sanctions their loan. Each Resource Person will receive ₹20,000 per sanctioned bank loan.
Requirements:
Class 12 Passed.
Experience in Sales & Marketing, Bank Mitras, Loan Recovery Agents, Insurance Agents, or any other commission/incentive-based employment.
Must be able to travel extensively within the district.
Should have good communication skills, especially in the local language.
Roles and Responsibilities of a District Resource Person:
The Resource Persons will provide handholding support to individual units and groups for:
Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
Assistance in securing bank loans.
Support in obtaining necessary registrations and licenses, including those related to food standards (FSSAI), UDYAM, GST, etc.
